Overview
This is a personal postcard series documenting my study abroad experience through photography, collage, and local memory. After taking nearly 10,000 photos abroad, I created 30 postcards, with each one representing a different city I visited. The images include landmarks, landscapes, textures, plants, animals, and graffiti, which felt especially connected to each place. Each postcard was designed in Adobe Photoshop by layering and adjusting photos to capture the feeling of that city. I also interviewed locals by asking, “What is your favorite memory of this city?” Their responses added emotional depth, turning the project into a way to share travel, memory, and place in a more personal and accessible way.
