To visually conceptualize a personal crisis, I created two postcard collections about living with PCOS (Poly-Cystic Ovary Syndrome), a condition I personally experience. One series uses pink and red to uplift and empower, while the other uses teal and darker tones to express the emotional and physical struggles; connecting women on the relatability of this condition. Through collage, visual storytelling, and intentional technical details like blur and halftone effects, I aimed to raise awareness, validate others’ experiences, and highlight how PCOS impacts self-esteem, the physical body, and mental health in unique, personal ways.
